The Brief
Airline customer expectations were growing on what they would like to purchase during the booking flow, and it was decided that the organisation should offer the ability to select their seat and other extras such as champagne, chocolates etc... during the booking process. Due to the different aircraft configurations and legal restrictions a number of rules were to be defined and built into the tool, a new dynamic website created and a call centre tool to receive bookings from agents and customers. The public should also be made aware through in-brochure and in-store advertising.
